Intro to Barre

Join Susanne Seripiero to discover the basic moves of a Barre workout. This class is designed to be beginner friendly, offering a gentle intro to the fundamentals of Barre technique. Susanne will discuss proper posture, core engagement and alignment. Modifications are provided to ensure that everyone can participate at their own pace. This class will be a 75 minute class (60 minutes class plus 15 minutes Q&A) and limited to only 8 people.
