FAQ's
What should I wear?
Comfortable, athletic clothes that move with you. You do not need to own specific "yoga" clothes to feel comfortable in class. T-shirt or tank top and pants that stretch are generally best. Men will often wear sweatpants, or shorts with compression shorts underneath. Bare feet are encouraged, and no shoes are allowed beyond the curtain.
What should I bring to class?
All you need is yourself. If you have a mat of your own, please bring it with you. If not, we have some you can borrow here. You are also welcome to bring a water bottle. If you have blocks, blankets, straps, or other props of your own, you are welcome to bring those as well, but we have anything you would need here to borrow as well.
How early do I need to arrive?
No more than 10 minutes early. Classes are generally booked with 15mins of space between the end of one class and the beginning of the next. Please enter quietly when classes are still in session and you're waiting for your class to begin.
Do I need to sign up online?
It is encouraged but not required. We love to know who's coming so we can prepare the room accordingly. Click here to view our schedule online and sign up for classes online.
Can my child participate in classes?
Children 14 years of age and older are welcome to participate in any regularly scheduled group class. We do have kids, teen, and family yoga classes as well.

Class Etiquette
Please enter the studio quietly. If the curtain is closed, class is in session, be mindful of the atmosphere as you enter. Try not to slam the door.
If you arrive before the previous class is finished, please sit quietly - silence is golden!
Please silence your cell phone before you enter the studio.
Please do not wear your shoes beyond the curtain at any time. Please your shoes in the provided cubbies on the way into your class.
Set your mats up facing the instructor and neatly place any props to the side or off the back of your mat, and not in the way of your neighbor.
Stagger your mat slightly with your neighbor so you don't bump each other during class.
Get close! In larger classes you may have to move your mats closer together to accommodate other students. We can fit up to 28 people in a single class. We are all creatures of habit, but try not to get married to a particular spot in the classroom. Sharing is caring.
If you must leave class early for any reason, please leave before Savasana.
Lateness. We cannot allow anyone to enter class beyond 5 minutes late. No exceptions! Please leave ample time to park, check-in, and get settled.
