The autumn season is about newness and celebration. It is a time when we all have a chance to look back and reflect. There are various ways that you can celebrate this time. The new season is an opportunity to reset and recharge.
Join Martha Flanagan and commit to 40 days of sadhana, or daily practice. 15-30 minutes a day. At times we all experience low energy, high stress and feelings of disconnect. Our nervous system needs a reboot. When life gets busy, we need short, proven successful practices that deliver results. We will practice four Kundalini kriyas (postures and breathwork) that are to be done consecutively for ten days each over the next 40 days. The practices are designed to help you push past blocks and enliven your energy, create mental clarity, improve creativity, intuition and reboot the nervous system.
