Ashtanga yoga is a prescribed series of movement established by Sri. K. Patabhi Jois in the 20th century. This series focuses on linking breath and movement. The postures and the arrangement of them helps to strengthen, purify and create flexibility in the body. Come join us for this special opportunity to take your time to work through the postures and the whole series. Some knowledge of yoga postures would be helpful. Our workshop is scheduled for 2pm, a light lunch or late breakfast is recommended before you arrive.
