Join us for this weekly 45min Chair Yoga class. If you have trouble getting up and down from the floor, yoga can still be accessible for you! You'll be guided through gentle stretches for the entire body and mindful movement to help you connect to your breathing, reduce stress, and maintain mobility in your joints and flexibility in your muscles.
