2018 Monthly Challenge
Happy New Year & Congratulations to our 2017 Monthly Challenge Winner!
This year, we'll be changing the rules slightly. We'll still be keeping track of the student who attends the most classes each month (Make sure you check in at the front desk each time you visit). The student who comes to class most often, will win a FREE month of yoga for the following month. This year, you cannot win more than one month (but don't let that deter you from kicking butt)! Group classes count for 1 and workshops count for 2!
You do not need to register to participate, but let us know if you're joining in by posting a comment below!

2018 Schedule Changes!
I carefully read through your survey responses, and I'll be making a few updates to the schedule.
- We're adding a 7:30am Gentle class on Mondays starting 1/8, and a Wednesday 7:30am All Levels Flow class starting 1/10
- We're extending Tuesday & Friday 10:30am classes from 60 min to 75 min starting 1/1
- We're moving Tuesday 7:15pm YogaFit & Thursday 7:15pm Flow & Restore classes back to 7:45pm starting 1/1
- We're having Pajama Yoga the 2nd Friday of every month at 6:30pm starting 1/12
- We're booking up Friday nights with a rotating schedule of classes and workshops.

Fall Schedule Changes
Even though it feels like summer outside, it's officially fall! We hope you're looking forward to settling back into your fall yoga routine, and just wanted to let you know about two great schedule changes that are starting now!
- Tuesday nights at 7:15pm join Vicki Moir for a YogaFit class. We welcome Vicki to the studio!
- Sunday afternoons at 4:30pm join Bari Caspi for an All Levels Flow & Restore. This new class format will feature an extended Savasana along with some restorative poses to end your weekend on the right note.
