This practice is perfect for anyone looking to connect more deeply with their body, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of peace and well-being. We’ll conclude the practice with a soothing sound bath featuring healing tones from crystal singing bowls. Bring a friend too– No prior yoga experience is needed!

This workshop is designed for all levels, from beginners eager to conquer their first headstand to seasoned practitioners looking to refine their technique.

In this workshop, you’ll flow through a core-strengthening warm-up before learning the fundamental principles of alignment, balance, and strength of Sirsasana A (bound headstand) and Sirsasana B (tripod headstand).
