Ayurveda is the healing art of yoga & teaches us that we become what we practice. By caring and nurturing ourselves with simple, daily Ayurvedic self-care practices, we stay healthy, feel more harmonious & attune to the rhythm of deeper SELF-LOVE. This nourishing & enlightening afternoon will be a delight for your senses, steeped in Ayurvedic self-care practices, Ayurvedic Yoga, & Yoga Nidra.   Ayurvedic Yoga opens us up to a whole new potential for healing & peace, restoring a natural sense of harmony within our body/mind. Our breath informed, Ayurvedic Yoga practice will help you to warm & melt the tension of body/mind efficiently & find balance through our whole being, utilizing movement, pranayama & chanting in a way that’s specific to our own constitution & the season. The practice will descend into the bliss of Yoga Nidra (conscious relaxation), allowing us to shed the deepest layers of tension in our body/mind & surrender deeper into our own hearts. You will learn techniques to take with you off of the mat to help you to remain heart centered this season. Divine treats to be shared!  No prior understanding/practice of Ayurveda is necessary!
