Inversions are challenging but their health benefits are many, and when you get the hang of them, they can be energizing and fun, too! In this 1.5 hour workshop we’ll work on the key elements that will help us find more ease in inversions:
Strengthening and stability drills for the shoulders and core
Discussion of range-of-motion and flexibility in the shoulders that support proper alignment in these inversions
Plenty of dedicated inversion practice where we’ll work on technique and skill-building so the pathway to inversions becomes clearer
This workshop will be geared toward dedicated level 1-2 students.
