A practice just for yoga teachers. Let's get together and support each other in our work. All teachers are welcome: new and veteran, OB Yoga, or otherwise...so bring a friend! I hope this will be a monthly (or every-other-monthly) opportunity for us to get together, share what we're working on in our teaching, and to make time to practice and receive.

4/28: I'll teach the first one! (Amy Basnight) I'll share what I'm working on in my Yoga Roots classes. Teaching beginners and mixed-level classes can be a unique challenge, and it'll be a nice opportunity to slow down (my theme for 2018!).
