In our workshops and retreats we care for you, so you can care for yourself.
We will combine gentle Yoga, BodyMind coaching and Emotional Freedom Technique to reconnect your body mind and soul. We will finish the workshop with a relaxing meditation with essential oils. You will leave with handouts reinforcing the tools so you can then use at home.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen.
