Come and learn the ancient art of hand knotted mala making. A mala (mala simply means “garland” in Sanskrit) is a meditation tool consisting of 108 beads which has been used for centuries. When worn, malas can be a healing tool and are believed to protect the wearer from negative energy and promote a contemplative mind.

Summer Solstice Mala: The beads are white turquoise which is a protective stone and is often used for amulets.  It can also promote spiritual attunement and enhances communication with the physical and spiritual worlds.  When placed on the third eye, it can enhance intuition and meditation.
